Use of the website and app

• The website is provided as an information, documentation, onboarding, and communication platform for the Apex Ascent product and related beta access.
• The app currently operates as a controlled beta build and, at present, uses demo credits rather than live customer funds.
• You may not use this website or app for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, or in any way that may damage, disable, overburden, impair, interrupt, or interfere with the service or the systems that support it.
• You may not obtain or attempt to obtain access to restricted areas, administrative functions, other user information, backend services, or content not intentionally made available to you.

Visitor conduct and prohibited use

• You must not upload, post, send, distribute, or transmit any malicious code, destructive material, scraper, automated bot, exploit, corrupted file, or contaminating code through the website or related systems.
• You must not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, invasive of privacy, obscene, threatening, fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise contrary to South African law.
• You must not collect information about other users or website visitors without their express consent.
• Any feedback, suggestions, support messages, or non-confidential submissions sent to the team may be reviewed and used to improve the product, respond to users, and manage access requests.

Accounts, beta access, and availability

• Access to Apex Ascent beta features may be granted, restricted, paused, or withdrawn at any time while the product is under review and development.
• Build content, balances, progression, interface features, and operational flows may change between releases and may be reset when required for testing, security, quality control, or launch preparation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate sign-up information and for safeguarding your credentials where account registration is available.
• Access to a beta build does not create any guarantee of future service availability, production launch, permanent account status, or future commercial terms.

Copyright and intellectual property

• All intellectual property rights in the Apex Ascent name, website content, app build, design elements, artwork, software, graphics, logos, downloadable material, gameplay systems, and related content are owned by or licensed to SIGGO TRADING ENTERPRISE CC unless otherwise stated.
• No part of the website or app may be copied, reproduced, adapted, reverse engineered, republished, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms and all matters arising from the use of this website or the Apex Ascent app shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. You agree that any dispute arising from the use of this website or app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

Apex Ascent is presently being presented as a build-stage product for review, testing, product demonstration, and controlled access evaluation. The current release uses demo credits only and does not activate live customer deposits or real-money withdrawals.

• The website and app are intended for adults only. No underage use is permitted.
• If a later live release introduces regulated payment or wallet functionality, that release will be subject to additional operating rules, verification controls, and provider approvals.
• We support responsible play principles. Users should engage with gameplay within their means and stop immediately if play becomes difficult to control.

Peach Payments onboarding is being prepared for a later release. The current website and beta build explain the intended product structure, but they do not process live customer funds at this stage.

• No live payment processing is active in the current beta build.
• No live customer deposits, withdrawals, pay-ins, payouts, or wallet settlement instructions should be inferred from the current release.
• Any future payment activation will be introduced only in a later build after provider onboarding, technical validation, business approval, and release controls are complete.
• The payment and wallet rules for any future live release will be published separately and will form part of the applicable operating terms for that release.

Apex Ascent is a native iOS app. This website is an information, documentation, onboarding, and communication gateway. It does not host gameplay.

• Users create accounts through the AWS-hosted sign-up flow linked from this website.
• Gameplay, progression, and account use take place inside the native iOS app.
• The current review build uses demo credits to allow user-experience testing without exposing live payment rails.
• App access may be offered through TestFlight, guided walkthroughs, partner demonstrations, or other controlled channels.
